A day out to Ash Ranges & Swinley Forest with mountain biking club we met up with another club who rides in the area so we didn't have to bother with any map reading or worrying about getting lost. Had a really good day although with all the resent rain it was a bit wet in places, ankle deep in places (while standing on the bike!)
There was loads of single track up and down hill and the bits inbetween. I managed a couple of falls today nothing too serious on one I lost the front end on a down hill but I didnt hit the ground I sort of lost the bike from under me then I carried on running down the hill by foot without falling over! The other one was a proper one I hit the ground.
Down nearly 35 miles in the end finishing very tired and very muddy but a great day
